Renovation of a two-level Victorian maisonette.

The ground and lower ground floors of this early Victorian maisonette were fully refurbished to create a light-filled, modern apartment. The layout was updated to include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and generous living spaces while preserving original features like curved sash windows in the front reception room.

A bespoke emerald green kitchen with marble worktops was installed at the rear of the raised ground floor, opening onto garden views. Downstairs, the principal bedroom includes full-height wardrobes and leads into a marble bathroom with a freestanding tub and brass fittings. The second bedroom features a built-in home office and access to the garden, with an adjacent walk-in shower room. A landscaped rear garden with seating was also completed, offering a quiet outdoor space in the heart of Islington.
