Full house renovation and rear extension built by P.C. Construction & Renovations Ltd in London.

The house was fully reconfigured and extended to create a bright, modern family home while maintaining privacy from the neighbouring flats. A striking rear extension was added, with slim-framed glazing and deep walnut rafters under a full glass roof. These timber fins provide privacy while still allowing natural light and sky views into the new kitchen and living area.

The kitchen was fitted with walnut doors to match the extension’s structure, paired with pale flooring and countertops for contrast. Upstairs, the layout was redesigned to provide practical bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas across all floors. A small internal courtyard brings extra light into the centre of the home, including a window into the old cellar. Frameless sliding doors connect the front of the house to the garden at the rear, with a new home office formed beside the courtyard.
