Full refurbishment of a three-storey Victorian terraced house done by P.C. Construction & Renovations Ltd in London.

The extension was built around a large oak-lined settle with built-in storage, creating a spacious kitchen and dining area that opens to the garden. The ground floor includes a reading room with custom shelving and reconfigured hallway space for a cloakroom and WC. Classic features include mosaic tiling, conservation box sash windows, skirtings, and architraves. The refurbishment covered all three storeys.
